Punching:
Cad programmed 24 tool punch head capable of punching 900 holes per minute.
Maximum sheet size without re-positioning 2500mm x 1250mm.
Absolute maximum sheet size 8000mm x 1250mm x 3mm thick.
Punching and decoiling:
CNC controlled line can punch blanks up to 15 metres long x 1.5 metres wide x 3mm thick.
Slit and re-coil:
60 meters per minute capacity. Maximum coil size 1400mm wide x 3mm thick.
Flat sheet line:
Maximum sheet size produced 4000mm x 1500mm x 3mm thick.
Cutting:
6 and 4 meter guilotines.
Folding:
10,6,4 and 2 metre CNC controlled press brakes.
CNC controlled 6 metre double axis folder.
Zed/Cee section rolling line:
60 metres per minute capacity.
Maximum strip dimensions 750mm x 3mm.
Minimum strip dimensions 120mm x 1.2mm.
Capable of accepting CAM data from Steadmans on-line detailing program and Tekla and Strucad 3d modelling systems.
Over 3,000 tonnes coil ex-stock
- Galvanised - .5mm, .7mm, 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.4mm, 1.5mm, 1.6mm, 1.8mm, 2mm, 2.5mm, 3mm.
- Polyester - .4mm, .5mm, .7mm. Various colours in painted finish.
- Plastisol - .5mm, .7mm. Various colours in leather-grain finish.
