Steadmans Roofing Products Specified for Yorkshire CLay Pigeon Shooting School

Building products manufacturer Steadmans has supplied a variety of its roofing and ancillary products for the new clubhouse of Yorkshire’s premier clay pigeon shooting school.

The state-of-the art facility at Park Lodge Shooting School in Goole benefits from 430 linear metres of Steadmans AS34 Terracotta plastisol twin skin roof panels and the same quantity of AS20 polyester white liners. The company’s ‘one stop shop’ capability also saw it supply 370 linear metres of Juniper Green plastisol flashings and Black Hunter plastic rainwater goods.

Installer and specifier David Greenwood, managing director at David J Greenwood of Leeds, commented: “We have used Steadmans for seven years for two reasons in particular. The quality of their products is first class and they always deliver exactly what you order, on time.

“Using Steadmans gives us confidence in the work we are delivering for the customer and that is very important. All their products are uniform and accurately measured, which saves us a significant amount of time and effort on site.”

The company’s AS34 twin skin roof panels consist of coated steel sheets rolled to five different profiles. They may be used to form roofs down to a four degree pitch – six degree if rooflights are required – and walls. Steadmans twin skin systems include a comprehensive range of fixings, sealants, guttering, flashings and rooflights.
