Meet the Team – Ashley Fenton

Working closely with customers, Ashley is responsible for supporting projects from initial enquiry through to delivery. His approach is centred on understanding each customer’s needs, offering practical solutions, and ensuring communication is clear at every stage.

“Every customer and every project is different,” Ashley explains.

“It’s about taking the time to understand what they need and making sure we deliver exactly that.”

Ashley prides himself on being approachable, responsive, and easy to work with – qualities that help build trust and long-term relationships. By staying in regular contact and being available when customers need support, he ensures they always feel confident in both the service and the outcome.

“For me, it’s about being consistent,” he says. “If customers know they can rely on you, that’s what really makes the difference.”

In a market where reliability of supply and dependable lead times are critical, Ashley works closely with customers to help them plan effectively and avoid unnecessary delays. His focus is always on making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as making the most of his downtime at weekends. Whether it’s relaxing, socialising, or getting out and about, he values a good balance between work and home life.

His ideal weekend is all about unwinding and recharging, ready to take on the week ahead and continue supporting customers across his region.
