Meet the Team – Chloe Pearson

Having been with Steadmans for over four years, Chloe works as a Sales Order Processor, supporting customers with everything from processing orders and quotations to coordinating with internal departments to ensure projects continue moving smoothly.

No two days are ever quite the same, and Chloe enjoys the variety that comes with the role. Whether she’s helping answer customer queries, managing orders, or supporting the wider sales team, her focus is always on keeping communication clear and making the process as straightforward as possible.

“I enjoy being able to help customers and work as part of a team to make sure everything runs smoothly,” Chloe explains.

Over the past four years, Chloe has continued to build her knowledge and experience within the industry, always keen to learn more and develop her skills further. Her friendly, approachable attitude and willingness to support colleagues and customers alike make her a valued part of the Steadmans team.

At the heart of Chloe’s role is ensuring customers feel supported throughout their experience – helping provide the reliability and responsiveness that Steadmans aims to deliver every day.

Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time with family and friends, socialising, and going on holiday to relax and recharge.

And for a fun fact? Chloe is a big fan of karaoke and is already hoping to bring the microphone out at the next Steadmans office social.
