Meet the Team – Gary Wilson
At Steadmans, delivering a positive customer experience often comes down to clear communication and dependable support and that’s exactly what Gary Wilson brings to his role as Sales Order Processor.
Working within the sales team, Gary supports customers day-to-day by helping process orders, providing advice, and ensuring requirements are handled as smoothly and efficiently as possible. His approach is built around being straightforward, reliable, and focused on achieving the best outcome for the customer.
“Being clear with advice and doing what the customer requires to achieve a positive outcome is really important,” Gary explains.
For Gary, building strong customer relationships comes from doing everything possible to meet expectations and making sure customers feel supported throughout the process. Whether it’s handling enquiries, helping resolve issues, or keeping communication clear, he focuses on providing a service customers can rely on.
As part of the wider internal team at Steadmans, Gary plays an important role in helping keep projects moving and ensuring customers receive the responsive support they need.
Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending time with his family and cooking, as well as growing vegetables in his garden. Weekends are usually centred around football – whether that’s attending matches or watching games from home.
When it comes to holidays, anywhere in the Caribbean is high on Gary’s list of favourite destinations.
And for a fun fact? Gary has been able to sing the Japanese national anthem word for word since he was 10 years old- definitely not something you hear every day.
