Meet the Team – Lindsey Lovel

Leading the sales function, Lindsey works closely with both internal and external teams to ensure every customer interaction is smooth, efficient, and aligned with Steadmans’ commitment to reliability.

“Our goal is always to deliver excellence,” Lindsey says.

“From the first enquiry through to delivery, we want the process to be as straightforward and seamless as possible for the customer.”

Lindsey believes that strong customer relationships are built on honesty, consistency, and going above and beyond expectations. By offering a single, reliable point of contact and maintaining open communication, she ensures customers feel supported at every stage of their journey.

“I treat customers how I would expect to be treated,” she explains.

“That means being honest, being responsive, and always doing everything you can to help.”

This approach not only builds trust but also creates long-term partnerships – something that is central to Steadmans’ ongoing success.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys staying active, regularly running and going to the gym. She also values spending time with her son, as well as family and friends.

Her ideal weekend is a mix of relaxation and socialising – often with a bottle of wine involved – and when it comes to travel, Marbella holds a special place, with a family home there and many great memories.

A fun fact? Lindsey comes from a big family, with four sisters and ten children between them – something that certainly keeps life busy outside of work.
