Meet the Team – Morven Coull
At Steadmans, creating a positive customer experience is all about communication, trust, and being there to help and that’s exactly the role Morven plays as Internal Sales Co-ordinator.
Based at the Fyvie office, Morven supports customers across a wide range of day-to-day activities, from greeting visitors in person to assisting over the phone and by email. She also helps generate quotes, process orders, and coordinate customer collections to ensure each customer receives the support they need.
“Every customer is different, so it’s important to understand what works best for them and tailor the service around their needs,” Morven explains.
For Morven, building strong customer relationships is centred around honesty, trust, and clear communication ensuring customers feel confident and supported throughout their experience with Steadmans.
As part of the wider internal team, she plays an important role in helping projects continue moving smoothly while maintaining the approachable and reliable service customers expect.
Outside of work, Morven enjoys spending time with her son and walking her dog, as well as cooking and experimenting with new recipes. She also enjoys eating out and discovering different restaurants whenever she gets the chance.
Her ideal weekends are spent relaxing with friends and family, while Burghead on the Moray coast remains one of her favourite places to visit thanks to the many happy memories she has from holidays there growing up.
And for a fun fact? Morven is known for making exceptionally good Biscoff truffles a skill that’s always appreciated by those around her.
